T-Mobile is revising how it packages mobile plan benefits within the US market. The carrier has launched T-Mix, a fresh tier of wireless plans allowing subscribers to hand-pick extras—such as Netflix, food delivery, music streaming, and AI tools—rather than accepting a rigid, pre-selected bundle of perks.
Revealed on Monday, October 26, 2026, these options roll out to consumers in November. This strategic shift arrives as domestic telecom providers seek alternative strategies to win over subscribers, moving past basic network reliability, monthly rates, and smartphone deals.
T-Mix Introduces Three Wireless Plans
The updated T-Mobile portfolio consists of three distinct tiers: Standard, More, and Loaded. Monthly rates with AutoPay applied start at USD 55 for a single line on Standard, USD 75 on More, and USD 95 on Loaded, with taxes and fees excluded.
Every tier provides a specific quantity of customizable benefits known as “Picks,” which allow users to activate qualifying services and extra features. Specifically, the Standard option grants one Pick, the More tier includes two, and the Loaded package offers three.
These selections span gaming, streaming platforms, food delivery, AI technology, music, sports, and select cellular services. Depending on the specific plan and promotion, subscribers may also apply eligible Picks toward smartphone and device deals.
Netflix, DoorDash and Gemini Among the Options
To build this catalog, T-Mobile collaborated with major brands including Apple, DoorDash, Google, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount+, SiriusXM, Xbox, and YouTube. Users can opt for popular services like Netflix, Apple Music, DoorDash DashPass, Google Gemini, YouTube Premium, and Xbox Game Pass.
This variety is designed to attract consumers who currently maintain multiple digital subscriptions and desire greater adaptability regarding what their cellular plan includes.
Allan Samson, Chief Marketing Officer at T-Mobile, shared with news agencies that Netflix emerged as the top preference during an initial trial phase conducted in early October. Music apps and AI utilities also generated strong demand, whereas Xbox gaming drew significant attention from younger subscribers.
Customers Can Change Their Perks
In contrast to standard packages that lock users into fixed perks, T-Mix grants subscribers the freedom to swap out their chosen benefits every three months, alongside an annual modification window. Additionally, certain cellular benefits—such as satellite connectivity features—can be altered at any moment.
This adaptability enables subscribers to modify their plans as preferences evolve, eliminating the necessity to change entire monthly packages merely to access a different service. That said, the total number of accessible Picks is determined by the specific tier and line count. Users must review individual terms to confirm which features qualify and if any extra conditions apply.

Wireless Carriers Compete on More Than Connectivity
T-Mobile’s rollout highlights a broader transformation across the US telecommunications sector, where operators increasingly rely on digital subscriptions, food delivery, and entertainment to differentiate their offerings. Competitor Verizon has likewise rolled out customizable perks, intensifying the race among providers to deliver maximum versatility. T-Mobile’s ultimate task will be proving that consumers value this flexibility enough to select T-Mix over rival offerings.
