Bengaluru-headquartered artificial intelligence infrastructure enterprise Simplismart has secured USD 14 million (approximately Rs. 117 crore) through a Series B funding round. Spearheaded by Dallas Venture Capital, the financing also saw contributions from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC, Micromax, and several angel investors. This infusion brings a post-money valuation of roughly USD 100 million to the four-year-old firm.
Simplismart to Strengthen AI Inference Platform
The newly acquired funds will be directed toward enhancing Simplismart’s AI inference engine and orchestration platform, broadening its network of cloud provider partnerships, and fueling expansion throughout North America and international markets.
The company was established in 2022 by former Oracle staffer Amritanshu Jain and former Google employee Devansh Ghatak. The venture builds software designed to assist organizations in deploying and managing AI models with greater efficiency.
Operating as a bridge between artificial intelligence models and the graphics processing units (GPUs) that power them, the startup’s platform enables businesses to tailor workloads to specific performance, speed, and budgetary requirements while overseeing deployment and scalability across both on-premises and cloud systems.

NVIDIA Collaboration and Customer Adoption
Beyond capital contribution, NVIDIA maintains a collaborative relationship with Simplismart. The startup has partnered with NVIDIA’s solutions architects on technical integrations—such as work involving NVIDIA’s Dynamo inference software—while the chip manufacturer has simultaneously introduced Simplismart to prospective partners and clients.
According to Simplismart, its software allowed AI video platform InVideo to cut its GPU serving expenses by 56%. Additionally, it exceeded the performance goals of enterprise AI firm Ema by establishing a production environment achieving 180ms latency at a cost of only USD 0.07 per million tokens, surpassing Ema’s initial benchmarks of 200ms and USD 0.09 per million tokens.
The enterprise also collaborates with Indian cloud provider Yotta, serving as the power behind the serverless inference layer for its Shakti Studio platform. Through this technology, cloud vendors are able to deliver managed AI solutions using their current GPU hardware.
Funding History and Market Competition
Operating within a crowded competitive landscape that features Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and NVIDIA itself, Simplismart assists corporations in weighing operating expenses against performance and inference speed.
Prior to this transaction, the firm secured a USD 7 million Series A in October 2024 led by Accel, which followed an initial pre-Series funding stage of under USD 1 million. These milestones elevate the company’s aggregate funding to approximately USD 21 million.
