The primary market is gearing up for a bustling week as five initial public offerings open for subscription from September 28 through September 30. Shah Investor’s Home and SRIT India launch on September 28, followed by Nityas Gems & Jewellery, Vishal Nirmiti, and Paramount Syntex on September 30.
Shah Investor’s Home IPO Opens Today
The Shah Investor’s Home initial public offering runs from September 28 to September 30. Setting its price band at Rs. 159-167 per share, the company aims to raise Rs. 90.17 crore. The stock is slated to make its market debut on October 6.
Market trackers noted that Shah Investor’s Home commanded grey market premiums ranging from Rs. 10 to Rs. 12 between September 23 and 26. Keep in mind that grey market premiums are unofficial and offer no guarantee of the final listing price.
SRIT India IPO Also Opens September 28
SRIT India is launching a Rs. 218.40-crore public offering that likewise opens on September 28 and closes on September 30. Priced between Rs. 123 and Rs. 130 per share, the offering is scheduled for a listing on October 6.
The grey market premium for this issue ticked upward last week. According to IPO Watch, the GMP stood at Rs. 13 on September 24, rose to Rs. 22 on September 25, and reached Rs. 32 on September 26.

Three More IPOs Open September 30
Nityas Gems & Jewellery will launch its Rs. 108.35-crore offering on September 30, with bidding concluding on October 5. The price band is established at Rs. 70-75, and shares are expected to list on October 8. Its reported GMP was Rs. 0 on September 27.
Vishal Nirmiti also opens on September 30 and closes on October 5, featuring a price band of Rs. 208-220 per share. The offering consists of a fresh issue of up to 69.71 lakh shares alongside an offer for sale of 15 lakh shares, bringing the maximum total issue size to Rs. 178 crore based on the upper end of the price band.
Paramount Syntex is set to open on September 30 and close on October 6. This SME public offering features a price band of Rs. 119-127 and a total issue size of Rs. 81.79 crore, with a scheduled listing date of October 9.
IPO Activity to Remain High
As all five offerings enter their subscription windows this week, investors will begin receiving concrete subscription numbers as the bidding unfolds. Previously, these firms remained largely in the pre-IPO stage, where grey market trends offered only unofficial insight. True subscription metrics will emerge as each individual IPO officially opens.
