Bengaluru-headquartered educational technology startup Arivihan has secured USD 10 million in a Series A financing round led by current backers Accel and Prosus Ventures, accompanied by an extra USD 200,000 from current GSF angel investors. This newest infusion pushes the enterprise’s cumulative funding past the USD 15 million threshold.
Entrackr previously covered this funding event and calculated that the firm’s valuation has surged 3.3 times to roughly USD 60 million.
Fresh Capital to Expand Across India
Arivihan intends to allocate the newly secured funds toward geographical expansion into additional states while solidifying its footprint in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Rajasthan.
Furthermore, the business aims to broaden its Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) portfolio, develop enhanced vernacular language features, and boost its artificial intelligence research initiatives. To support this wider growth strategy, Arivihan will scale up its digital marketing efforts and nationwide on-ground distribution footprint.
Additional plans for the enterprise include hiring personnel across vital departments and releasing new crash courses.

AI-Based Learning Platform for Students
Established in 2022 by Sonu Kumar, Ritesh Singh Chandel, and Rushabh Kothari, Arivihan delivers an AI-based learning platform designed for school pupils.
The system features interactive video tutorials, immediate query resolution, and customized study schedules driven by artificial intelligence, entirely bypassing the need for live educators.
At present, the firm caters to learners getting ready for NEET, CBSE, and State Board assessments, directing its attention toward rural areas alongside tier 2 and tier 3 municipalities. Arivihan reported that roughly 80% of its user base originates from rural locations and tier 3 cities throughout India.
Previously, Arivihan participated in Accel’s Atoms accelerator initiative, securing seed capital through that channel in March 2024.
Revenue Jumps 14.8X in FY25
Financial statements for the 2026 fiscal year have not yet been submitted by the enterprise. During the 2025 fiscal year, Arivihan’s operating revenue soared approximately 14.8 times to reach Rs. 3.14 crore, marking a significant rise from the Rs. 21.29 lakh recorded in the 2024 fiscal year.
Even with this sharp revenue increase, the business reported a net loss totaling Rs. 4.45 crore for the 2025 fiscal period.
This recent Series A investment supplies Arivihan with extra resources to broaden its market footprint, enhance its artificial intelligence functions, and develop tailored products for students residing in smaller urban centers and rural territories across India.
