Australian tech firm xAmplify has taken over Perth-based ServiceNow expert Accelerate IT Solutions. Through the purchase, xAmplify gains a regional team experienced in government and enterprise work while establishing its initial major footprint in Western Australia. The financial details of the transaction were kept private.
What the Deal Adds to xAmplify
In 2017, John Boyland and Mayank Verma launched Accelerate IT Solutions out of Perth. The business specializes in ServiceNow optimization, consulting, managed services, and deployment. Its customer base spans the utilities, mining, education, government, and consumer sectors.
Following the buyout, xAmplify’s total staff count exceeds 250 personnel distributed throughout five offices, and the firm intends to establish a physical branch in Western Australia. This purchase represents xAmplify’s third acquisition within roughly a year, following previous deals for Canberra’s CTO Group and Queensland’s Green Cloud Consulting.
Chief Executive Officer Wayne Gowland noted that the purchase solidifies a broader nationwide ServiceNow footprint for the company. He also stated that it significantly expands xAmplify’s presence in Western Australia, complementing the substantial ServiceNow practice the business already operates on the east coast.

Leaders Stay as AI Work Continues
Accelerate IT personnel will integrate into that current practice, and management will remain during the transition to preserve the company’s expertise. Furthermore, employees will gain entry to larger enterprise clients, broader tech projects, and enhanced career paths.
This transaction aligns with xAmplify’s emphasis on artificial intelligence and automation. The company has developed AI models, workflows, and accelerators designed to accelerate platform deployments and enhance service delivery.
Alongside the integration of Accelerate IT, xAmplify intends to pursue organic growth. Establishing the Perth office and merging the two workforces is the immediate priority, with the company aiming for an expanded presence across Australia and New Zealand, positioning Western Australia at the core of that strategy.
