I know what you mean, but that’s not the point. The point is that your thought process is the same whether you’re talking to a friend or to yourself.
Or if it’s your best friend. A friend is one with whom you share a connection and who can talk to you about issues, give you encouragement, and comfort you when you’re feeling down. This is what makes friends.
Friendship is the bond we have with another human being. In order to have a relationship, we need to be able to talk to that person in a way that is comfortable for us. This is what makes them a friend. If you can’t do this, then you simply don’t have a connection. And that’s a friendship ending.
As my brother said, every person has their own definitions of friendship. Some people would say that one friend is the person they have the most in common with. If that were true, they would not be friends with that one person. But for most of us, we want to be friends with others who we feel are more intelligent, more compassionate, and more mature than ourselves. We want to feel like we understand other people better than we do our own self because we are that person.
In Deathloop’s case, one of the Visionaries has been on the island for as long as I can remember. The same goes for the leader of the team in the game, Fyodor, who’s been around for a lot longer than I have. The only person who seems to know more about our situation than the rest is Colt himself, since he’s been there longer than I have.
This is what makes the game so intriguing. A game with this many mysteries and unanswered questions doesn’t just keep you guessing what’s going on. It makes you care about it. And it all ties back to how we all think and act. It makes you want to learn more about the people and situations that you play into.
The fact that there’s this many unanswered questions makes it all the more interesting. We’re wondering what the other people are doing. We’re wondering how we’re going to pull this off. We’re wondering what will happen next. And I am totally fine with that.
