For our purposes we’re going to assume that the total amount of butter in the cookies you just ate will be around 30 grams, so the phrase too much butter in cookies is about the same as too much milk in your coffee. That’s why I think if you want to eat the kind of food that you just described, you should only eat it in the kitchen and never in the fridge. The cookie will still taste great and you’ll get all the benefits of butter, but it isn’t food.
