I’ve been working on a new book for a long time. It’s called “Spectrum Health Holland” and it is a collection of essays that explore each of the 3 levels of self-awareness in more depth. It is a lot of time and effort, but I hope you find it helpful and inspiring.

I have a thing for young women, too, but I think it’s more of a “thing.” I can’t help it. I love young women. I can’t even tell you what I do to get myself into a better spiritual shape or how to deal with anxiety or depression. It’s like my “thing” is my own fault.
