The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

It’s all going to change when you’re a pet owner, and you don’t have to be. Well, maybe if you were a guy. (But then again, maybe you should be one.) So if you’re like most of the pet owners out there, you’ve probably had a pet that’s been aggressive or dangerous. A dog, for example, who gets into fights, or who can’t stop barking. We don’t mean pets like your cat, or anything violent.
Sure, you might be able to control your pet. But the problem with pets is that they’re still going to drive you insane. Your dog might be barking at you, and you might have to kick it or hit it. You might have to do things that you just shouldn’t do, and you might have to watch your cat (who might be trying to catch his own tail) take a nap.
This problem is more of a psychological than an animal problem. It happens when the pet has a fear of or attitude toward its owner. But then the owner goes and drives the pet away, so the pet loses its connection to the owner. It becomes a disconnected, angry animal. PetSmart’s solution for this is to put a sign in the pet’s food saying “No more dog barking.
You might be wondering if it’s possible to turn off the pet’s fear (and also the pet’s attention) by just giving them something so they don’t feel so isolated and alone. Well yes, you can, but you should probably do it gradually. You’ll only scare your pet when you start to actually hurt it.
If you do this with a dog, you can be pretty certain that your pet will become angry and start barking, and you dont want that. It’s a pet owner’s worst nightmare. How do you make a pet not angry and make it stop? You can’t.
My dog, Jack, is a big boy. That’s all he is. He’s a dog, just like his father, his brother, and his brother’s brother, and he’s just like them, so you can be pretty certain that he’ll react to any sort of threat.
