I will admit, I am not a big fan of most ice cream. However, I do enjoy chocolate ice cream, and my favorite would have to be chocolate chip. And yet, I do NOT like the taste of chocolate ice cream. I don’t find it too sweet, or too salty. I just feel that it is far from being in the sweet spot I am looking for.

I know it might be hard to believe, but I actually like chocolate ice cream. I don’t know what it is about it though. I remember as a kid eating some of our favorite ice cream flavors and being completely surprised at what I was eating, even though I already knew it was going to be something that I liked.

Well, chocolate is just one of those foods that you have to taste. The other one is caramel (which you will find in a lot of candy, but is usually not in ice cream). I think I remember that ice cream was also a bit sweeter than the typical ice cream I grew up eating.

You might be surprised, but ice cream is actually very palatable. It tastes like chocolate in a way, and even though they’re made with sugar, it’s still quite sweet. Also, many ice cream flavors have been modified to be more palatable like peanut butter or chocolate chip.
