I don’t know about you, but I am guilty of buying so many other things just because the item had a special sale. I am not sure what this is supposed to represent, but I know that I am addicted to so many different products. I have been on a quest to find a low sodium baking soda, but I can’t seem to find one.
Well, it is a question of taste and price, but the answer is, you can buy low sodium baking soda at walmart. There are two types of low sodium baking soda. One is a low sodium powdered. The other is a low sodium liquid. Both are 100% sodium with no added sugar.
To me, the special sale for low sodium baking soda seems like a joke. A powdered version is a pretty safe bet. The liquid version is actually a pretty strong laxative so you can’t really say that it is a good choice for baking. I would have preferred a powdered version with no added sugar.
Personally, I would have preferred one of the low sodium liquid baking soda options. That way I could get a little extra sodium in my diet without doing the work to get the low sodium baking soda powder.
Wal-Mart is a great place to get a little extra sodium and potassium. Because they have a huge selection of low sodium baking soda, there is no need to go out and buy it online.
And I am not so sure that the sodium in low sodium baking soda is worth the extra work. I think the sodium is probably already enough to get a good dose of potassium, so going the extra step to get the low sodium baking soda powder will have only a marginal effect. I would say that it is not worth the extra work either.
I know that the low sodium baking soda and low sodium baking soda powder are not the same thing, but I’m still tempted to add it to my list of things that I should get. I’m only going to get it once, though.
The sodium content of the two baking soda products I have are the same, but the sodium content of the low sodium baking soda I have is lower. I think that is a good thing.
The best thing I can say about low sodium baking soda is that it will not cause tooth decay. I say that because I have no idea of the health risks from consuming too much sodium, but I was never in a position that I needed to be worried about tooth decay. There are also no harmful side effects associated with the sodium, so I do know that I shouldnt be using it at all.
One of the primary reasons I use a low sodium baking soda is because my dental hygienist tells me that a low sodium baking soda can cause a mild sensitivity in the gum tissue. I have no idea if this is true or not, but it’s something worth noting just in case.
