Database listings have revealed display specs and model numbers for Google’s Pixel 12 series, providing an initial glimpse into the tech giant’s 2027 flagship smartphone collection. The leak indicates that Google plans to stick with a four-device lineup, with the Pixel 12 Pro Fold standing out for a more significant screen enhancement.
Pixel 12 Display Specifications Leaked
The standard Pixel 12 is slated to feature a 1080 × 2400-pixel screen. Meanwhile, the Pixel 12 Pro is expected to come with a 1280 × 2824-pixel panel, and the Pro XL variant may utilize a 1344 × 2952-pixel display.
References sourced from OVR+ and GSMA IMEI databases point to an alleged roster comprising the Pixel 12, Pixel 12 Pro, Pixel 12 Pro XL, and Pixel 12 Pro Fold. These handsets are linked to the model numbers GC0QU, GWU59, G7U1Y, and G4D5D, respectively.
These numbers vary slightly from the leaked resolutions associated with the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro XL. However, this shift does not signal a drop in visual quality; rather, it suggests Google may be designing panels with distinct proportions or aspect ratios.
Android 18 Could Power Pixel 12
The Pixel 12 Pro Fold is positioned for the most prominent display revision. Its interior screen is documented at 2296 × 2404 pixels, marking an increase from the 2076 × 2152-pixel resolution found on the Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
Sources also indicate that Google will likely keep a nearly square format for the inner display instead of moving toward a broader foldable form factor. In addition, previous reports hinted that Google might experiment with a dual ultra-thin glass layout for its upcoming foldable to help minimize the presence and tactile feel of the screen crease.
