My favorite way to make healthy food at home is to buy things that we can cook and store in the freezer. I always have a box of frozen veggies in the fridge to use when the craving strikes.
I’ve gotten sick of it. Especially on a busy weeknight when I’m trying to eat dinner and I’ve already eaten half of what I bought. If I’m running low on healthy food, I’ll just buy some frozen veggies and freeze them myself. I’m sure you can do the same.

But when it comes to fresh veggies, I just want them to taste good.
The good news is that fresh veggies are definitely good for us! Fresh veggies contain anti-oxidants that are often found in fruits and vegetables that are high in sugar and fat. That means they contain a lot of good fat and will keep you feeling fuller for longer. The bad news is that you need to be careful about what you eat when in fresh mode.
