Most of us would agree that eating more veggies is great, but if you have a really healthy diet and are doing absolutely zero exercise, it might make more sense to focus on the health benefits of a particular food.

The problem is that the benefits of eating healthy food in general are pretty vague. There are so many different foods that could be a benefit to your health, and we have no way of knowing which ones are actually healthful. That being said, the way that haat Health describes it is pretty awesome.
