Motorola has announced that the Signature 27 will debut on November 5. The launch date was revealed by the company on X on October 29. Previously, the device made appearances at the Snapdragon Summit 2026 and the Indian Mobile Congress 2026. Official pricing and complete specifications have not yet been disclosed by Motorola.
Geekbench Listing Shows Strong Power
Early performance metrics and processor details have surfaced through a Geekbench 7 appearance. The device achieved 3,313 points on the single-core evaluation and 11,088 points on the multi-core assessment. The benchmark entry lists the motherboard under the codename art.
The documentation reveals an eight-core QTI SM8975 processor featuring clock frequencies of 3.74 GHz, 4.03 GHz, and 5.01 GHz, paired with an Adreno 850 graphics processor. Operating on Android 17, the unit displays approximately 10.94GB of available memory, suggesting a total of 12GB of RAM.
The manufacturer has already verified that the device features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor alongside the ArcticMesh cooling architecture. This thermal management solution combines diamond-infused thermal gel, liquid metal, copper mesh, and a novel 3D vapor chamber designed to maintain lower temperatures during intensive tasks. Because these benchmark figures originate from a pre-production sample, commercial retail units may yield different results.

Design, Cameras, and Software
Two Pantone colorways will be available for the Signature 27. Coal Smoke features a woven texture, while Capulet Green offers a brushed, fabric-like appearance.
Optics include a primary 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 910 sensor alongside a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens capable of up to 100x Super Zoom. Furthermore, this marks Motorola’s initial smartphone to feature acoustic tuning by Bang & Olufsen.
