A fresh event titled The Brightflame has arrived in Game of Thrones: Legends, transporting players to a volatile era in the history of Westeros with Aerion Targaryen steering the narrative. Notably, the storyline also incorporates Egg. Running from October 21 until November 18, the event allows participants to chase down its signature Legendary Champions, offering a unique opportunity for fans to watch two more obscure figures step into the spotlight.
Aerion and Egg are just the beginning, as October proves to be a demanding month for the game’s community. The Lord of the Hightower event runs concurrently from October 7 to November 4, starring Ormund and Gwayne Hightower alongside Otto, Rhaenyra, Aegon II, and Sunfyre. Following that, the Unlikely Heir Kingsroad season launches on October 12, accompanied by Grand Melees and a rotation of returning events connected to Robb’s War, the Battle of the Bastards, House of the Dragon, the Battle of Blackwater Bay, and the Assault on Rook’s Rest.
Drawing inspiration from a gloomier period of Targaryen lore, the event highlights the volatile and ruthless temperament of Aerion while expanding the game’s utilization of characters and narratives from across the broader Game of Thrones timeline.

October is Packed with Westeros Battles
The Brightflame represents merely one component of the October schedule. Major confrontations from the main series are integrated through Robb’s War and the Battle of the Bastards. Meanwhile, supporters of House Targaryen can engage with House of the Dragon content, alongside other large-scale battles featured in the Battle of Blackwater Bay and the Assault on Rook’s Rest.
Four Grand Melees and various Summons complete the month’s offerings, ensuring players have ample activities outside of The Brightflame narrative and establishing October as an ideal time to bolster their rosters.
