In fact, the opposite is true.
I’ve been doing this for a while now, and I’m still not sure how many of my friends know this. I think I know all of them. But when someone tells me that I am not a bad person, I can feel a little bit better. I know that I am not a bad person when I do things that I think are really bad. I can even say that I am a good person with a kind heart.
As someone who has been working with the concept of “healthy self-image,” I have come to the conclusion that to be a good person you are a person who does a lot of bad things. Even if it’s something good or something that you are proud of, it’s still a bad thing. As much as you may want to feel good about yourself, you still can’t ignore the fact that you are a person who is going to do a lot of bad things.
That is exactly what I have been saying lately. I am a person who has been working hard to make a lot of changes in my life. I have been eating healthier, walking more, and taking my medication more regularly. I am working on my body image and self-esteem and the last few months have definitely been an eye-opening experience.

But I have been trying to make a change in my life for the past few years, and I think I have finally found something that I can live with. I’m not saying I have been eating healthier, I am saying I am eating healthier. I am also saying I am living a more active lifestyle. I think one of the biggest issues for most people is not being able to commit to anything long term, so for me, the most important thing to work on is my body image. I want to be healthy, like I want to be happy, and I want to look good.
So, in this post I’ve been really focused on finding ways to be a better person, and I’ve been doing a ton of really good things. I’m not saying I’m better or anything, but I am learning how to be a better version of myself.
