Eloelo Group, the parent company of Story TV, has rolled out an AI studio named Dolphin AI. Founder and CEO Saurabh Pandey introduced the technology during his keynote address at FICCI FRAMES 2026 in Mumbai on September 29.
Designed to convert an initial concept or script into a complete video, Dolphin AI was built by Eloelo to provide creators with an all-in-one video production solution. Prithul Kumar, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, officially inaugurated the company’s Dolphin AI booth at the conference.

What the Tool Does & What the CEO Said
While many AI video generators encounter difficulties generating clips longer than 8 to 10 seconds without dropping context, Dolphin AI seeks to overcome this limitation. The software interprets creative intent, divides extended videos into individual shots and assignments, and maintains narrative continuity across them. Furthermore, it integrates multi-shot planning, voice generation, editing functions, and film studio capabilities.
The concept originated from Eloelo’s internal operations. Having generated more than 5,000 original dramas and evaluated over 100,000 creatives monthly, Pandey noted that Dolphin “came from solving our own production problems at that scale.”
Pandey is also convinced that artificial intelligence will transform global media consumption volumes. “I firmly believe AI is going to lead to a world of infinite content,” he remarked, expressing his aspiration for India to transition from a leading content consumer into a primary exporter.

Available to creators, filmmakers, brands, and studios alike, Dolphin AI can produce social media videos, tutorials, D2C advertisements, and micro-dramas. Additionally, it supports podcasts, cinematic films, AI avatars, and animation.
According to Eloelo, the software empowers solo creators and lean teams to produce top-tier videos more affordably. The firm also intends to accommodate a wide array of languages and formats, aligning with India’s diverse linguistic landscape and varied storytelling traditions.
Having launched originally in 2020 as a social and live-streaming app, Eloelo now steps into the rapidly expanding artificial intelligence video tools sector with the debut of Dolphin AI.
