Eating with que is a dish that is very popular in Southern California. For some reason, I feel that this dish is popular in New England too. I have a hard time believing that, and that is why I am so excited about this dish.
Eating with que is essentially a Mexican food platter. Yes, it’s basically just a plate full of whatever you want on it, but it’s more for those of us who just don’t like meat and cheese. The best thing about eating with que is that it is one of the few dishes that you can eat while wearing shorts.

I hope you dont mind if i share this recipe with you. Its a new recipe that I recently came across and it seems really fun. It is a quick recipe that i am sure you could make in about 5 minutes. Its about the same as a crudite recipe, except it uses a small amount of flour and i let it set for a few minutes first.
I’ve added some cinnamon, so if you prefer that kind of sweetness, feel free to use that. If you want a little more of the sweet heat, feel free to add some sugar. The recipe is supposed to be made in an oven, but I haven’t tried that yet, so don’t expect it to turn out perfectly.
It is a quick and delicious recipe. It would be great on a rainy afternoon, or for lunch with a large group of friends.
