I am very fortunate to live in a region where fresh crayfish is available year-round. I’ve never had it before this summer, but I’m hoping I’ll get to try it soon.
These days I can’t even get crayfish at the grocery store, but I know I can get it delivered to my house. I think I have a friend who works across the country who does that. Ive called and asked if he has a recipe, but he’s not sure.

Its mostly only available in the frozen section of the supermarket and the frozen section at your local fishmonger. I have seen it in the frozen section of the grocery store in the last week or so. I was shocked how many people ask for it, but Im glad I didnt ask for it.
