One thing I have found helpful for self-awareness is to talk to a friend or a therapist. I personally talk to a therapist a few times a week, but I also talk to a friend once a month.

I think it is important to be aware of what you are doing and how you are doing it. This can be hard to do sometimes, but you have to be willing to try it. I don’t know what I am doing in general, and I need to talk to a friend or a therapist, but I am aware of when I am doing something wrong and it bothers me.

I personally find it helpful talking to a friend or a therapist about issues like this because I think it can help get you to notice small things that you are doing that you may not be aware of.
