I can, and I have! I’ve even used it as a cooking oil for the past year! It’s great for sautéing, stir-frying, and roasting. It’s also the perfect oil for baking breads and other baked goods.
Grapeseed oil is a bit of a no-no for many people, but you can easily make it work for your baking. For starters, it’s basically a vegetable oil. You can buy the oil at the grocery store from a different variety than regular olive oil. You can also add it to your food in very small quantities and in smaller amounts of oil so it won’t affect the taste. It can be used in many different ways.
You can also just fry it. For sautéing, its perfect. It has a really good flavor, doesnt need to be sauteed, and you can make a lot of different things with it. You can saute onions, garlic, mushrooms, and carrots with it. You can saute things in it with butter, cheese, and other gourmet ingredients. You can add it to vegetables by itself or with a little butter or salt on top of the oil.
The best way to cook with grapeseed oil is by using it as a glaze on grilled or pan-fried foods. You can also use it as a base for other foods like chicken wings, beans, or noodles. You can use it to make a marinade for fish or meat dishes.

Ok, so it seems like these things are so common, and yet there’s no mention of them on the menu (or in the description of this video) anywhere. Well, it’s not as if I’m going to be changing my recipes for the next six months because of this, but if you’re going to use it as a base for marinades, these probably are the ingredients you need.
The last time I tried it, I was quite a bit more impressed with the results. I used it as a base for a marinade on the chicken before we cooked it. It worked well, and the little bit of grape seed oil that came out was enough to cover the chicken. The problem was, I had to use so much that it was a pain to carry. I could have just used regular olive oil, but then I would have used the oil to cook the chicken more.
