This video is from my friend’s video on the dangers of self-awareness. She talks about the difference between self-awareness and self-aware. She says that the difference between the two is that self-aware is a thought or habit, whereas self-aware is a choice. It is a habit and a choice that we can make daily.
Self-awareness is the conscious awareness of ourselves. It is the ability that we have to see ourselves, our actions, and our thoughts. Self-awareness is the ability to do the conscious (thoughts, actions, etc.) with a certain feeling of self-awareness about it. Self-awareness is the ability to see ourselves in a certain way, and thus is a skill rather than a character trait.
It is a different skill from the skill of an expert in a particular field. It is something we can consciously choose to become proficient at. In this case we have to become adept at the skill of baking soda. It is the conscious act of baking soda that we choose to do every day. We don’t have to become an expert at baking soda in order to bake a cake every day.
Baking soda is one of the most common household chemicals. Many of us are familiar with it as a flavor in food, but it is also a natural cleaning and disinfectant. It is also used to make the popular home-made “paprika” which has become an essential ingredient for many of us in our kitchen. And there is something else it is good for too: it is one of the few natural skin-care products that actually has a safety rating.

We all have a little bit of us on auto-pilot, and as we are aware of ourselves and our habits, routine, impulses, and reactions we can make our lives a little less stressful, a little more fun, and a little more comfortable.
As a bonus, baking soda is also a great way to get rid of those pesky bacteria in your skin. The bacteria that cause acne and other skin conditions have no real defense mechanisms against the acid of baking soda, and can easily cause new or old acne lesions.
