I feel like the only way to use them in a recipe is to boil them and cook them slowly on the stove. This recipe is a great substitute for beans and beans are great for a lot of recipes. They add a wonderful flavor to soups, stews, and casseroles. Beans can even be used to thicken homemade soup, or used in place of meat for recipes that only need a good amount of meat.

I am not sure how this works, but its possible that the beans are actually made out of the beans you are making. I know that Ive made them out of kidney beans (which are actually from the same bean) and they turned out great. As a matter of fact, Ive made them out of red kidney beans.
I like beans, but I don’t like them baked. The first couple times I tried to bake them, I ended up eating the whole batch. I think I used to put them in a muffin pan to bake them but now I just dump everything in the blender and add a little more water.
For those who prefer a more vegetable-y flavor, we have the option of using your favorite substitute. You can also make the beans in your favorite blender. The only thing I recommend is that you refrigerate them. Otherwise I think it will become too thick and you won’t be able to scoop them up.
There is a great option of using the beans to make the world’s best vegetable oil or coconut oil. You can use any kind of bean you like and just add water and you’re good to go. The oil is a very intense flavor and I personally prefer coconut oil, but of course you can use whatever you like.
You can also add the beans to any meal or in any dish, like in one of the recipes that I showed you last week. Or you can even cook beans with just about anything. I have used them in pasta sauce, in breads, in soups, and even in one of my favorite chili recipes.
