I guess that was a pretty good description of how I am. Just this afternoon I was trying to figure out why I am so incredibly strong. I think I’m doing the right things in my life to keep my mind and body from getting too much out of alignment. It just seems to be that I’m out of sync with the big picture and I can’t stop it. It’s like when you wake up at 2:00 am and realize that you have overslept yesterday.
