When we eat something that we are afraid of, like a steak or a salad, we become more agitated, which makes it worse. When we eat something that we didnt like, we tend to become more anxious, which again, makes it worse. It is like eating something that just makes us very angry.

Now, it is possible to eat a healthy diet and still have shoulder pain. If you do, then you are probably eating the wrong things. If you find yourself getting more and more anxious, stressed, or angry while you are eating, then you should definitely stop or cut back on things that you dont like.
