I don’t want to be that guy that talks about having a good head or a bad head, or the guy that can’t tell if someone is depressed or not. I am a person who likes to find out what is going on in my life and what might be going on in someone else’s life. I use my own mental health as a springboard to ask questions and to gain insight into the mind of others.
I think there are two kinds of people: the ones that have a good head, and the ones that have a bad head. There is a saying that goes: “Better to have a good head than no head at all.” I think that is true to some degree. If I have a bad head, I find myself a bit distracted and I might not give my best efforts to anything. If I have a good head, I find myself a bit more focused and disciplined.
This is an interesting question, however I think there is a tendency for people to compare themselves to others. I think it is this comparison that is often harmful for people. I don’t think we compare ourselves to others, I think we compare ourselves to our brains and how they are functioning. I think it’s a bit like comparing yourself to the size of your nose. If you are short you will look and feel small and your nose will be small, even if you are tall.
I think the term “mental health” is a bit of a misnomer because it is a “condition” that goes beyond mental health, and in fact, people that are mentally healthy are often healthy in other ways. They may not think in terms of “mental health” but they have a healthy brain. A person with a healthy brain tends to be more conscientious, more productive, more reliable, and better at their job.
A person with a mentally healthy brain is not necessarily mentally healthy from a physiological point of view. They may be healthy in terms of their cognitive abilities but their emotional well-being is not as good. A person with a healthy brain is not healthy in terms of their physical health but they may be healthy in terms of their mental well-being.
Most people who have mental health problems are not mentally healthy in any of these ways. I think we can all agree that it’s a problem.
For the most part, the people who have mental health issues are people who have been under undue stress for a long time. This is why a good therapist or psychiatrist can help you with self-awareness and improve your mental health.
The problem is that people with mental health problems are often not aware that they have the problem. They often do not understand why they have this mental health issue, and it is often because they have never questioned themselves enough to consider why they feel this way. We often hear about people who are depressed and say, “I don’t know why, I was never depressed in the first place.” This is not true! Depression is a very real thing.
It’s also true that some people, even if they have been physically sick, have never had a mental health issue. This may be because they have never realized the impact of their illness. In addition, it is important to have a discussion with your therapist to understand what your mental health issue is, and what it is not.
Mental illness is a very complicated issue. When someone has a mental health issue, its so much more complicated than just being “depressed.” To put it simply, depression is a form of anxiety, and anxiety is a form of depression. So depression is a very real thing, and to be honest, it is most likely what you have.
