I’m not gonna lie to you, my cooking skills are not that great. For a really long time, I was just trying to not get fired from any of my cooking jobs. I was probably still under-qualified for most of them. I was also eating a pretty unhealthy diet, so I guess I just wasn’t very hungry.

Well, a lot of people say no to dishes because they dont like eating, and they dont like the way they look, so theyre not going to eat it. I dont think Ive ever said no to any dish in my life, and Ive never had a dish that Ive hated.

So, in other words, you shouldnt be so hard on yourself. We all have our reasons for making a decision, and if youre in one of those situations, you have plenty of other things to be thinking about besides cooking.

Sure, I can understand someone telling you not to eat. But there is a bigger problem. When people say they dont want to do dishes, they’re usually talking about a dish they dont feel like eating.

The truth is, most of us don’t have a dish we hate. It’s just that most of us try to avoid dishes, and the act of avoiding a dish makes it more likely that we will eat it. So what do we do about it? We say no to dishes, and then we complain about the dish we dont want, which makes the dish ourself. How do we get ourself in those situations? By eating less of it, of course.

Well, if you cant help it, dont avoid dishes, because youll end up eating it. It doesnt have to be a dish that makes you feel bad, or makes you feel like you need a dish. Just do the dishes you want, because its way easier to do them than to complain about them.

And yet, we are also told by the devs that if we dont do the dishes we want, then the dishes we dont want will be ourselves. This is why it is important to eat less of the food you dont want. If you are hungry, then it is your own fault if you eat the food you dont want. Instead, eat the foods you do want, because they will be healthier.
