With so much being written and discussed on the importance of having your offspring live a healthy lifestyle for the first 12 to 18 months after they are born, it makes sense to make sure that you are at least aware of your personal and family’s overall health as you grow into a child. So rather than a “health check” when your child is born, why not an annual check-in? It might be beneficial to ask them about their health if you have them.
I’ve had kids with high blood pressure (thanks for asking) and high cholesterol, and I’ve had kids with diabetes and high blood pressure. And I’ve had kids who have not done well with their weight or eating habits. So I have a pretty good idea about whether something is getting in the way of my child’s health.
The first line of this video says it all: “Ive read a lot of articles on child development and Ive also read about how some parents of children with Down Syndrome are doing well.
The good news is that high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes are all preventable. So it really is a matter of being proactive rather than reactive. For many years, I used to get my blood pressure checked every three months, but with the advent of exercise and a healthier diet, I’ve been seeing my numbers go down.
There are many things that can cause a child to have a higher blood pressure. In fact, one of the best ways to prevent high blood pressure or diabetes is to take a few minutes to exercise at least 30 minutes a week. This doesn’t mean you have to run. Instead, you can go for a walk, run, or bike instead.
So if you’re in the market for a new baby, check out our new child health video series, How to Prevent High Blood Pressure.
I would like to make it clear, however, that every child is different and every parent is different. As with any health condition, it is important to take the time to make sure you are doing what you can to prevent high blood pressure in your child.
It is true that most babies who have high blood pressure are born small for the baby. As the baby grows, the pressure builds and eventually starts to hurt the baby. This is why it is important to exercise to keep your baby healthy. It is also important to make sure to get your child plenty of rest and plenty of sleep to keep your baby healthy.
It is also important to take care of your child’s heart. A doctor will tell you that when a baby is born his first two months should be about as easy as it gets. The next six months are almost impossible for most babies. It is because the baby gets so little sleep and doesn’t get enough exercise. So while it may sound crazy, it is true and we can help ensure that your baby is getting the proper amount of care.
We all know that babies need to sleep. They need a lot of sleep, and they need to be fed and kept hydrated. But more important than these needs is that babies need to be kept in good health. After all, how do you know if your baby is sick if you dont take the time to check your child? Well, a doctor can tell you.
