The problem though is that even when we are aware of how we are doing things, it doesn’t stop us from doing them. A common example is the way that we are constantly putting a price on things. We are always trying to control the amount of money that we are giving to our family, in hopes that we are not giving too much of it away. Or we are constantly trying to control the amount of time that we use our computers.
