I am sure many readers will be very familiar with this question. This is the question I get asked a lot, especially by new moms. This is a real challenge for me because my goal is to make myself eat the most food possible. To do this, I have to stop and think about what I eat. I will go so far as to look at the ingredients on the package. I will also go so far as to try and figure out the nutrition of what I’m eating.
After thinking about food for a few minutes, I have to stop and think about what kind of food Im eating.
When you eat, you eat. So really what you are trying to do is figure out what kind of food you are eating. This is easier said than done because while most foods have a lot of different types of nutrients, we can’t know which foods will be most rewarding for us until we think about them for a couple of days.
We are constantly being bombarded by all kinds of information, and while we can do our best to pay attention to it, we often ignore it. The first step to getting good nutrition is to realize that we are trying to do something more than just eat. The next step is to try to figure out what it is that we are trying to do that we are missing out on.
The idea behind eating foods that we don’t like is that it will make us feel better. Many times our bodies are designed to handle a certain amount of nutrients without us having to worry about it. If we can get the nutrients we need without feeling bad, then we can be more creative and do things that we don’t want to do.
As it turns out, the best food in the universe, the food that we need to be happy, is to eat foods that we do not like, and you have to figure out what that food is. Most times we get what we need, but sometimes we get more than we need (and we don’t even know why, it could just be because it was too rich to make or because it’s the biggest thing for the moment).
So if we want to be happy, we have to eat foods we like. The only reason for this is because it helps us get the nutrients we need. This is why our bodies crave sugar and fat, because without these, we would die. It’s a simple chemical reaction.
Do not eat for pleasure. You will not find one person in the entire human race that doesn’t suffer from stress from hunger. This is why everyone is always hungry, because when you don’t eat, your blood sugar goes up. It’s like a chemical reaction.
So what does this have to do with food? Well, think of it as a little game where you take a small bite, a bit of mouth, and a bit more of mouth. The first bite is bitter, the second bit is sweet, and the third bit is a little salty. At the end of a round, you can see all of this change. You can taste the saltiness of your blood when it was still full of glucose after the first bite.
The science behind why your body craves food is fascinating. It is one of those things that makes us realize how little we really know about ourselves. And like most things about our bodies, we are very good at finding out what our body is trying to tell us. When we have a craving, or when we know that we are going to have a craving, we have to know why we want to eat.
