I think there’s not much better way to start the day than with a healthy gummy food. This recipe is one that I always make when I have a few hours off from work and I’m looking for reasons to get up.

A lot of gummy foods are filled with sugar and other chemicals, but I’ve found that these days sugar substitutes are pretty good at masking some of the taste. That, and they’re a lot cheaper.
